Questions about plans
How does the free trial work?
Start a club and every feature is yours for 30 days. No card needed. A week before it ends, and again the day before, we email the club admin a reminder.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay by card from the Billing page. If you need a few more days, there are 7 days of grace; after that the officer console turns read-only until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted, and members can still join, renew and pay the whole time.
How is the plan decided?
By how many active members your club has. A club with up to 100 active members fits the first plan, up to 500 the second. If your club grows past its plan, we'll suggest moving up; nothing stops working.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly costs less: about two months free. You can switch, update your card, download invoices or cancel from the Billing page at any time; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Does ClubPilot360 take a cut of member payments?
No. Members pay into your club's own Stripe account, and Stripe's standard card fee is the only fee. ClubPilot360 charges the club its plan price, and that's all.
